NBC News's Natalie Morales gave birth Tuesday to her second child, a boy named Luke, her coanchor Meredith Vieira announced on Wednesday's Today show. Though Luke arrived two weeks before schedule, Meredith tells fans that "Mom, Dad, baby Luke and big brother Josh are all doing just great."
When she announced her pregnancy in March, Natalie said "it was the best news I'd gotten all year. We had been trying for a long time. ... Most people think you can just decide to have a child, but it just doesn't work that way."
Even her 4-year-old son Josh couldn't wait for Luke's arrival. "He's excited to be a big brother," Natalie revealed in March. "He says he'll share all his toys ... he says that now!"
Congratulations to the happy family!
