This is My Confession: 10 Latino Celebs Who Have Revealed MAJOR Secrets!

After Demi Lovato’s recent revelation that she has a half-sister she never knew about (whoa!), we thought we’d dig through the crates to find some other celebrity skeletons that have come out of the closet. Here are 10 celebrity confessions! 

1. Confessions: Chuy Bravo

Chuy Bravo: Chelsea Handler’s “Little Nugget” on cable talk show Chelsea Lately, recently revealed to Latina that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, is a recovering alcoholic, and almost homeless at one point. “I have been through a lot in my life, but I’ve overcome my struggles and now I’m finally living my life,” Bravo said.

2. Confessions: Ricky Martin

Ricky Martin: Back in 2010, the Puerto Rican superstar revealed he’s gay. "I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man," Martin, then 38, posted on "I am very blessed to be who I am." Martin said his twin sons inspired him to be true to himself.  

3. Confessions: Fergie

Fergie: In 2007, the Black Eyed Peas singer and solo artist admitted to having lesbian relationships (she’s since come out as bisexual), a past addiction to meth, and dabbling in gangs. "I have had lesbian experiences in the past. But I started having sex quite late—after I was 18. I was raised a good Catholic girl. I won't say how many men I have slept with, although it's not many, but I am a very sexual person," Fergie said. "I had a gun put to my head during a drug deal that went wrong. Luckily I got out of it," she said of her rebellious streak. 

4. Confessions: Sofia Vergara

Sofia Vergara: The Modern Family star revealed to ABC’s Nightline that she was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 28. After already going through her older brother's murder in Colombia and her younger brother's drug addiction, Vergara was told in 2000 that she had thyroid cancer. She later told that she went through radiation to beat the cancer, pushing through it with the optimistic attitude she's become famous for. 

5. Confessions: Cesar Millan

Cesar Millan: The Dog Whisperer told The Jeff Probst Show he hit a rough patch a few years ago and wanted to commit suicide. "That's when you get to see God again," Millan told Jeff, "And, you know, he says, 'This is not your time, buddy… I have a big mission for you.' Things happen for a reason." 

6. Confessions: Monica Cruz

Monica Cruz: Penelope Cruz’s sister Monica recently announced on her blog for Spanish newspaper El Pais that she got pregnant through artificial insemination by an anonymous sperm donor. “So I've decided to talk about it: I have resorted to artificial insemination in order to get pregnant," Cruz wrote. "It is an opportunity to show my gratitude to all those anonymous donors that help a lot of women, like me, fulfill their lifetime dream. If with this I can help others that are in doubt, here I am for whatever you may need.”

7. Confessions: Nicole Albino

Nicole Albino: Nicole, who’s one half of twin powerhouse Nina Sky came out in 2010 about being gay. She’s married to her fashion designer wife, Erin Magee, who took on her Albini surname. Last year, the twins headlined Palm Springs lesbian music fest The Dinah Shore Weekend and are active LGBT rights supporters. 

8. Confessions: Zoe Saldana

Zoe Saldana: The Star Trek star was an open book to Marie Claire about her sexual preferences. "I like missionary and I like being on my knees too," Saldana told the fashion magazine. "And I love being on top ... I love doggy-style or standing up." Wow! TMI?

9. Confessions: Snooki

Snooki: Following an episode of Snooki & JWoww, the Chilean reality star revealed some interested facts about her pregnancy. "I peed myself a lot when I was pregnant," she admitted.

10. Confessions: Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato: What we love most about the “Heart Attack” singer is her honesty. In 2011, Lovato told People that in addition to battling anorexia, bulimia and self-mutilation, she is bipolar. "Looking back it makes sense,” she said. “There were times when I was so manic, I was writing seven songs in one night and I'd be up until 5:30 in the morning."
