The CW's hit series, The Vampire Diaries returns tonight with Mexican actor Michael Trevino as our favorite vampire/werewolf hybrid Tyler Lockwood and we can't wait to see what will happen in the highly anticipated spring premiere! With Michael on our minds, we got to thinking about our favorite Latino vampires ever! Here are six of our favorite Latino bloodsuckers!
Mia Maestro and Christian Camargo, Twilight
In The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn—Parts 1 and 2, Argentine actress Mia Maestro plays Carmen Denali, a vegetarian vampire who is a member of the Denali clan, and who’s the cousin of the Cullens. We first meet Maestro’s character in Breaking Dawn Part 1 where she’s seen as one of the guests at Edward (Rob Pattinson) and Bella's (Kristen Stewart) wedding. But in Part 2 (due out next year), Maestro and Mexican actor Christian Camargo (who plays her husband, Eleazar, in the films), have a bigger role “because we’re the first vampires that help the Cullens protect Edward and Bella’s baby.”
