Some members on Mexico’s national soccer team have been booted out of the Copa America tournament for bringing prostitutes into their hotel rooms.
Eight members were caught on video directing six prostitutes into their hotel rooms. The members in trouble are Israel Jimenez, Nestor Vidrio, Jonathan Dos Santos, Marco Fabian, Jorge Hernandez, David Cabrera, Javier Cortes and Nestor Calderon. It is against the team’s rules to bring prostitutes into their hotel room while they are traveling.
The players, who were in Ecuador for training, are suspended for six months and each will have to pay a fine of 50,000 pesos. The money from the fines will be donated to charity.
