After six years, and two children, actor Matthew McConaughey wed Brazilian model Camila Alves in a the three-day intimate celebration on the couple’s property in Austin, Texas, according to People. The pair exchanged vows Saturday at sunset with family and close friends present, including actor Woody Harrelson and filmmaker Richard Linklater.
All eyes were on Camila, who wore a handmade wedding gown by one of her favorite Brazilian designers and paired the elegant dress with Stuart Weitzman white heels. McConaughey sported a classic three-piece black Dolce & Gabbana tuxedo, "Matthew looked so handsome, like an Old Hollywood movie star," says a guest. "And Camila was just glowing and beautiful!"
Throughout the weekend guests lounged on hammocks, played lawn games, sipped beer, and camped out in luxury tents set up on the property, "It's definitely a campground, but they weren't exactly roughing it," a source said. "They have showers, restrooms, and air conditioning. It's very unique, high-end camping."
McConaughey, 42 proposed to Alves, 29 back in December and tweeted his excitement, saying, “Just asked Camila to marry me, #MerryChristmas.” The couple meet in Los Angeles back in 2006 and have two children together: Vida 2, and Levi, who turns 4 next month.
