The singer and Nick Cannon have finally settled their divorce and she will have to pay $2.7 million, according to TMZ. Carey claims she only made $6.3 million in 2014 so the judge made her hand over a little less than half to Cannon. The settlement also requires the America's Got Talent host to put away $5,000 a month in a trust of #DemBabies, Monroe and Morrocan

Neither Carey nor Cannon have to force their kids to address their future partners mom, dad, or anything along those lines. Right now, the former couple share custody and although she will have primary custody there is a catch. The 46-year-old will have to pay for travel and lodging whenever Cannon comes to visit their kids. The cherry on top is that he will also get the title to their 2012 Ferrari.
