The pictures that US Weekly magazine posted today of Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem with their three-month-old son had us cooing all morning—what a cutie!

But it also got us thinking about the baby debuts of our fave celebs. Some have been intimate moments, captured by paparazzi, like Cruz and Bardem's sunlit stroll yesterday, while others have been huge productions, complete with six-figure price tags, like Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony's twin billing in PEOPLE.
