Dads make the world go 'round -- at least in a child's eyes. Need proof? Just look at a daddy's girl like Mario Lopez's daughter. In celebration of Father's Day, we're taking a look at the dads who are also TV stars. Take a look!

1. TV Dads: Desi Arnaz

Desi Arnaz: How could we not include Ricky Ricardo? The Cuban American was one of the pioneer Latino dads on American TV. He starred on I Love Lucy alongside his real-life wife Lucille Ball. When the couple welcomed their two children, Lucie and Desi Jr., they shared the news with the world.

2. TV Dads: George Lopez

George Lopez:  The Mexican-American comedian not only played dad to Carmen and Max on his show George Lopez, but the former Lopez Tonight host is also a real-life father to daughter Mayan. George is known for taking his daughter Mayan to red carpet events, including the 2009 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards. Talk about being a fun papi!

3. TV Dads: Freddie Prinze Jr.

Freddie Prinze Jr.: Teen heartthrob Freddie married his I Know What You Did Last Summer co-star Sarah Michelle Gellar in 2002 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Freddie played Cole Ortiz on the highly popular FOX show 24. He has two kids with wife Sarah, three-year-old daughter Charlotte Grace and nine-month-old son Rocky James.

Mario Lopez: Mario has been stealing our hearts with his cute dimples and hot body since his days on Saved by the Bell. Now the 39-year-old who graces our TV screens as a host on Extra and X Factor has a two-year-old daughter named Gia Francesca and a second child on the way.

Charlie Sheen: Charlie might be a little loco sometimes, but you can’t deny how hilarious he is in his new show Anger Management. His oldest daughter, Cassandra Jade Estevez, was born on December 12, 1984. She is currently pregnant with Charlie’s first grandchild.

Edward James Olmos: Remember Edward as Abraham Quintanilla in Selena? Since then, he’s been on a ton of TV shows including, Battlestar Galactica, CSI: NY and Dexter. Edward is that he’s a real-life dad to six kids between the ages of 10 and 25. He adopted four out of the six while he was married to actress Lorraine Bracco.

Matt Cedeno: Nominated three years in a row for the ALMA award for Outstanding Actor in a Daytime Drama for his role on Days of Our Lives, Matt is making his way to Lifetime’s new show Devious Maids. He has one child with wife Erica Franco.

8. TV Dads: Martin Sheen

Martin Sheen: We all know Anger Management’s Martin has two sons, Charlie Sheen and Emilio Estevez. But what many might now know is that the 72-year-old has two other children – Ramon Estevez and Renee Estevez. Charlie is the only one who took after his father and changed his last name to Sheen. Martin became a grandfather for the first time at age 43.

Ricky Martin: He may be best known for his hits like “Livin La Vida Loca,” but Ricky has also appeared on TV shows like Glee. William Levy: The Cuban-American telenovela prince (and our June/July cover boy) appeared in two episodes of VH1’s Single Ladies and was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. He has a son named Christopher and a daughter named Kailey with Mexican American actress Elizabeth Gutierrez.

Benjamin Bratt: Benjamin is best known for his role as Rey Curtis on Law & Order, but his most recent gig was guest starring as Javier Delgado on Modern Family. The Peruvian actor is married to Puerto Rican actress Talisa Soto and they have two children together, a son named Mateo and a daughter named Sophia.
