We were actually very surprised to see Alba announce that she was pregnant with her second child via Twitter and Facebook back in February. The Mexican America actress is normally intensely private with her personal life. But in retrospect, it does make sense for the stars to take control of their own major news and get ahead of any tabloid or paparazzi trying to break it for them! Over the weekend, Alba took to her social media pages once again to announce the birth of little Have Garner Warren, daughter number 2—here's to a happy and healthy baby and mami!
Last week, Roselyn Sanchez took to Twitter to let the world know that she and her hubby Eric Winter were pregnant! "I have great news! Eric and I are expecting our first baby! We feel so blessed and excited. Thank you for all your well wishes and prayers. They mean the world to us.// Tengo buenas noticias! Eric y yo estamos esperando nuestro primer bebe. Nos sentimos bendecidos y felices. Gracias por todas sus oraciones y buenos deseos," she posted. The 38-year old Without A Trace star was married to Winter in 2008 and this will be the first child for both.
In November 2010, Eva Longoria shocked the world when she announced via her Twitter page that she was indeed filing for divorce from her hubby of three years, San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker. “It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce," Longoria tweeted. "We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness."
Unhappy with rumors swirling in the press that Joe Jonas had broken up with her over the phone, Demi Lovato took to Twitter to set the record straight about her love life in May 2010. “"There are so many crazy rumors flying around today. I'd like to clear a few things up,” she announced via her Twitter account, which has been disabled for months. “First, Joe and I did split but it wasn't over the phone. Things didn't work out but we'll remain friends. Secondly, I am NOT dating anybody already. Nothing is more important to me than the relationship I have with my fans... Just thought you guys should know this.”

Boricua actor Kirk Acevedo took to his Facebook in May 2009 to share the news about his dismissal from the hit Fox show with his fans: "WELL BOYS AND GIRLS THEY DONE DID YER BOY WRONG! Shakira told the world that she split with her boyfriend of over a decade, Antonio de la Rua, via her official website, citing the fact that they had just grown apart.
