Kat Von D Gets Restraining Order Against "Paranoid" Stalker

Enough is enough...

Kat Von D was recently granted a temporary restraining order against a man who she says has been following her both in person and via social media.

According to E! Online, the Mexican/Argentinean tattoo artist alleges that a man named Michael Nunn attempted to contact her online back in April. The initial contact soon turned into a visit to the reality TV star’s business and, according to court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Munn also called Von D’s home phone from the street outside her house. These are enough red flags to cause anyone to place a temporary restraining order.

Von D also alledges that Munn sent a box of candy to her house in early May and, later that month, the 30-year-old former LA Ink star reportedly told him to stop trying to reach her.

Munn’s tweets were described by Von D in paperwork as having “delusional and paranoid tendencies, including a belief the FBI is watching him and that certain celebrities want to harm him.”

A peek at the alleged stalker’s Twitter profile and you will see that Munn has tweeted Brazilian model Adriana Lima, Piers Morgan, and even award-winning Brazilian novelist Paulo Coelho.

E! Online also reports that a hearing is scheduled for Dec. 21st to follow up on Von D’s request to make the restraining order permanent. We hope it’s granted!
