According to E! Online, State Farm Insurance filed a lawsuit against the LA Ink reality television star yesterday. The paperwork claims that since the tattoo artist was responsible for the blaze, she should cover the costs for the damages made on her Hollywood Hills mansion. The insurance company did cover $909,199 after the initial accident, which was allegedly caused by candles that were left unattended.
