Stay Out! Justin Bieber Not Allowed Into Argentina Due to "Legal Conditions"

Justin Bieber's fans in Argentina are not going to be happy.

The singer announced his Purpose tour would not be making a stop in Argentina due to "legal conditions."

If things were to change I would love to come but at this time I cannot. For everyone else in South America I look forward to seeing you

Bieber has had some ongoing legal issues in Argentina after an arrest warrant was issued against him for allegedly assaulting a photographer in 2013. The warrant was thrown out but the charges have not been dismissed, according to Entertainment Weekly.  In 2013, Bieber also insulted fans in Buenos Aires when he tried to take remove Argentinean flags on the stage with his feet and microphone stand. 

Argentinian beliebers I would like nothing more than to bring the #purposetour there but until the legal conditions change there I can't.
