The singer announced his Purpose tour would not be making a stop in Argentina due to "legal conditions."

Bieber has had some ongoing legal issues in Argentina after an arrest warrant was issued against him for allegedly assaulting a photographer in 2013. The warrant was thrown out but the charges have not been dismissed, according to Entertainment Weekly. In 2013, Bieber also insulted fans in Buenos Aires when he tried to take remove Argentinean flags on the stage with his feet and microphone stand.

Beliebers in Argentina must be pretty upset but if they can travel to another one of the South American countries Bieber will be playing in that would be perfect.
