Justin Bieber might be headed to jail.
The star was indicted by a judge in Argentina after allegedly attacking a photographer in 2013, according to the Associated Press. The singer was accused of having his two bodyguards beat up a photographer and steal his camera and money while Bieber was in the country. Although Judge Alberto Banos indicted Bieber, he did not issue an arrest warrant.
In 2014, the 22-year-old was ordered to go back to Argentina to testify but he didn't go, which is when the judge issued an arrest warrant and then dropped it.
"Argentina I do love you. It is in fact one of my favorite places to tour. I wish this was not the case. My lawyers say it is what it is," he tweeted in May 2016.
This isn't the first time that Bieber has had trouble while on touring the world. In the same year of this incident, he apologized for defiling the Argentine flag on stage and then got in trouble with police for allegedly spraying graffiti in Brazil and Colombia.
We will wait and see what the judge decides to do and if Bieber will have to serve time.
