Jessica Alba's Post-Baby Diet Plan

If there were a gold medal for dropping baby weight, it would definitely go to Jessica Alba this year. Just two months after giving birth to her daughter Honor Marie Warren, Jessica has lost 25 pounds and four dress sizes. But the results didn't come easily.

Jess's trainer, Ramona Braganza, reveals her grueling routine: "Jessica went from a size 8 to a size 4 pretty quickly," says Ramona, who put her on her 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone plan, which includes a low-fat, low-carb diet and lots of exercise.

To sweat off the baby weight, Jessica has been doing a routine of core exercise, circuit training and cardio with Ramona—six days a week. "The baby always comes first, but Jessica definitely set goals for herself," she says.

But the secret to keeping Jessica motivated is having a workout buddy. "She loves working out with a girlfriend," says Ramona, who matched up Jessica with another client, actress Jaime King, and trains the two together. "Jessica has made amazing progress in a very short time," she adds.

We're sure it's taking a lot of hard work and discipline on Jessica's part to stay on track, but it seems her best motivation to get on the treadmill every day is the fact that, as the Sexiest Woman Alive, her paycheck is inversely proportional to her waist size. If our net worth increased by a few hundred thousand bucks for every pound we lost, we'd be sweating our hearts out, too!
