As we’ve noticed, Jessica Alba is back to her svelte figure after giving birth to her second baby a few months ago, but it isn’t the product of locking herself in a gym.

In an interview with Us Weekly, the 30-year-old Mexican American actress said she didn’t gain as much weight with her second pregnancy with husband Cash Warren. Alba gave birth to baby Haven this past August.

“I think that really made a big difference,” Alba told the magazine. The Spy Kids star also said she did prenatal yoga up until the very end of her pregnancy. “I just made healthier choices,” she said. “I started working out and not going too crazy, but I did what was safe and what the doctor approved.”

Two weeks after giving birth to Haven, Alba was back on a stationary bike and the elliptical, according to Us. It has definitely worked – Alba is definitely back to being a sexy mami.

Alba has spoken about her baby weight before. In an interview with Allure this summer, the actress said she can’t ever get down to the weight she was before she had her first daughter, Honor. “The jeans just sort of zip up differently, and things hang differently,” she said. “It’s a miracle what happens, but you definitely are different afterwards.  Unless you’re Gisele [Bundchen].”

Kudos to Alba – you look great!
