Jennifer Lopez Styles Real Women in Her New Kohl's Line

Jennifer Lopez served as a personal stylist for a group of women for The Oprah magazine’s September issue, using clothes from her new collection for Kohl’s.  The Puerto Rican superstar, whose fashion line with the retail giant began as a joint project with ex-honey Marc Anthony, is set to launch next month.  After the announcement of the couple’s split two weeks ago, rumors about whether the fashion and lifestyle collection would march on were quickly squashed by a rep for Kohl’s. Anthony, 42, also spoke to Latina exclusively about the project, explaining that their lines are separate entities.

During the photo shoot, which took place at a New York City studio, the American Idol judge chose outfits and accessories for all eight women.  “I’m a mom. I work. I want comfort,” Lopez said.  “But I want to feel sexy and modern. I think most women want the same things.” Lopez also modeled some of the designs from her new line herself.
