The 46-year-old superstar posted an Instagram photo showing off her svelte figure and rock hard abs. Seriously, this woman has two children.

Lopez stays slim-and-trim by keeping busy — she has her own Las Vegas residency, stars on NBC's Shades of Blue and serves as a judge on American Idol — and by eating healthy.
Her trainer, Tracy Anderson, opened up earlier this year about her balanced diet and revealed that Lopez's abs are "made in the kitchen."
"[Her diet is] all organic, and it's all very well thought out with the balance of very high-quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food," she revealed. "Everything is fresh. There's nothing processed."

She said that Jenny From The Block begins her day with a protein shake, noshes on a veggie-heavy salad with lean protein for lunch, and caps off her day with a whole grain and lean protein. So, if we eat like that can we look like Jennifer Lopez? One can dream.
