If Jack Nicholson Were Brazilian, He'd Be a Con Artist

This may be one of the strangest stories you read all day, so get ready...

A Brazilian man named Ricardo Sergio Freire de Barros used a photo of Jack Nicholson on his fake ID. The 41-year-old scam artist was caught when he tried to open a corporate account and line of credit at a bank under the name Joao Pedro dos Santos and with an image of the 74-year-old actor.

The banker recognized the photo as Nicholson and de Barros was arrested. When he was arrested, he was found with five other fake IDs -- no word on whether or not any of those featured a celebrity.

And no comment from Nicholson, as far as we know, but he can't be too pleased that this incident means his mug shot is being circulated again.
