We know Gisele Bündchen is raking in the dough! The 31-year-old Brazilian supermodel is the face of a slew of campaigns, including Victoria’s Secret (of course!), Esprit, and the lingerie brand Hope, and it all adds up—so it was no surprise to us when we learned that Bündchen made the Forbes list of Hollywood’s highest-earning women.
According to the money mag, most of Bündchen’s earnings comes from a partnership with Brazilian footwear company Grendene. She also reportedly insists on getting paid in Brazilian currency and euros, which helps her out financially.
The model ranked fourth on the list with a earning of $45 million between May 2010 and May 2011 and tied with three other Hollywood heavyweights. Singer Taylor Swift, funny woman Ellen DeGeneres, and Judge Judy Sheindlin also came in at fourth place. Oprah Winfrey topped the list (big surprise) with a whopping $290 million.
Among others in the list are singer Lady Gaga and Bethenny Frankel from Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York City. Forbes reports that it compiled its estimates from talking to lawyers, producers, and “other in-the-know folks.”
