Uh oh! Things are not looking too good right now for Fat Joe. The rapper was sentenced yesterday to four months in federal prison.

RollingStone.com reports that Joseph "Fat Joe" Cartagena failed to file income tax returns on more than $3.3 million in earnings. According to Reuters, in addition to jail time, Fat Joe was also fined $15,000.

In December, Fat Joe pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to file with the IRS. At the time, he was faced with possibly serving up to two years in prison, but U.S. Magistrate Judge Cathy Waldor showed him leniency for paying $718,000 in back taxes prior to sentencing and for his charitable work, which included donating computers to local schools.
