She may be a San Antonio farm girl, but Eva Longoria Parker prefers bonjour to howdy. The actress tells television program Extra that she's upset her French-born husband Tony Parker is losing his sexy accent.
"You're sounding more American and I'm not liking that!" she said to Tony during the joint interview at their San Antonio home. "I'm missing the French accent. He's losing the French accent."
Meanwhile, Eva has successfully shed her Southern drawl, insisting that "the only thing I say that sounds Texas is 'y'all.' "
Tony and Eva may be sounding more like generic Americans these days, but as long as they still have French kissing and Southern cooking in their marriage, we think they'll be just fine.
