She's not gay, but she plays one on TV—and that might be just the career boost Sara Ramirez has been looking for. The voluptuous Latina, heretofore best known for dancing on national television in pink underpants and getting royally dumped by Dr. George O'Malley on the hit show Grey's Anatomy, has jumped from No. 80 to No. 9 on AfterEllen.com's Hot 100 list—the biggest leap of any star this year. The Hot 100 list is compiled by votes of more than 100,000 gay and bisexual women around the world.

Christina Aguilera loves being a mom so much, she's ready to go through it all over again. "Motherhood comes very naturally to me," Xtina told a reporter from Extra. "I think a whole new confidence comes with being a mother. I feel very confident and very sexy as a mother."

As for getting her post-baby body back, Christina's already got that figured out. She tells the show how she lost over 40 lbs. after giving birth to her son Max Liron Bratman: "I do some cardio. I do some weights. I do some boxing."

Hello, box office! Congratulations, girls. You fueled a spectacular opening weekend for the Sex and the City movie, which raked in $55.7 million. That’s the best-ever opening weekend numbers for an R-rated comedy. The old girls bitch-slapped old boy Harrison Ford and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which settled for second place at $46 million. Rounding out the top three was the thriller The Strangers, starring Liv Tyler, which made $20.7 million. Long love girl power!
