The California-based realtor was in Florida when he heard the news that Jessica was delivering, and tells us his daughter "flew him right out" to Los Angeles so he could be the first to get a glimpse of his granddaughter, Honor Marie Warren.

After denying rumors that she's pondering offers for the first photos of her newborn Honor Marie, sources reveal that the exact opposite is true. MSN reports that several insiders say offers were made to Jessica, that she was kept in the loop and that some talks are still in progress. "She is part of the talks, I don’t know why she'd go out and say that," one source said.

She may be hailed the next Miley Cyrus, but rising Disney tween queen Selena Gomez isn't following in all of her predecessor's footsteps. The 15-year-old starlet claims that she plans on saving herself for marriage. "I said, 'Dad, I want a promise ring,'" Selena tells Extra. "He went to the church and got it blessed. He actually used me as an example for other kids. I'm going to keep my promise to myself, to my family and to God."
