There’s another Latina making her way to Springfield! TV Guide has announced that Eva Longoria will be doing the voice of a new character to appear on Fox’s The Simpson next season.

Eva is just one of the handfuls of Latino stars who have been Simpsonized throughout time. Here are 11 Latinos who have voiced Simpson characters:

Eva Longoria: While talking to TV Guide, Eva shared a few detalles surrounding her character on The Simpsons. "I play Isabel, a new student who is finally Lisa's intellectual equal," she said. "They ­become fast friends, and then things take a left turn when they realize they have different political views. This is a big stretch for me not only because it's voice work, which I rarely do, but also [because] I'm playing a Republican and I'm obviously a Democrat."

Here he comes to save the day! Captain Puerto Rico is from a far, far away land called the Bronx. Here’s his attire: Air Force Ones with the PR flag on the side, tube socks with the PR Flag on the side, jean shorts, wife beater with the PR flag on the front and back, Puerto Rican flag do-rag, (if he’s ballin’) grills with the PR flag, and the pièce de résistance—he uses the Puerto Rican flag as his cape. The actor’s known on-screen ruthlessness is channeled in a new commercial for Old El Paso products. Our eyebrows rose when we saw the intimidating 69-year-old actor in a kitchen piecing together a nice, home-cooked meal for his fictional family, but there he is in this 30-second spot developed by UK agency Bartle Bogle Hergarty. Trejo even smiles in the commercial. Of course – the actor’s aggressiveness seeps through eventually – check out the ad below:
