Have $6 million to spare? You could have been the proud new owner of Enrique Iglesias’s mansion!

According to the Huffington Post, the Spanish singer recently cashed in on his enormous Miami estate, earning $6.7 million in the process. The singer purchased the vacant lot in 1998, and built a palatial 6,300 square foot pad with five bedrooms and five baths.

The heartthrob earned quite a bit of cash from the sale. He originally purchased the lot for $640,000, and pocketed over $6 million after the sale. Florida realtors said the new owner got a great price, since the estate is walking distance from South Beach.

But fear not, Floridians: Iglesias isn’t moving far. He just bought a new pad down the street in Bay Point.
