“I would probably say this is my best performance ever,” Edward James Olmos told NBC Latino about his latest role in Go For Sisters.
The 66-year-old actor has been in the business for almost four decades now, but according to an interview with NBC Latino, this performance, to him, surpasses them all.
“In my work, you have to accumulate, understand and let it come out and I think that shows in my performance in this film," he said.
“This new project is just one of the many reasons why I’m grateful for all I’ve been given and the career that I’ve been able to have.”
Go For Sisters is an independent film about a woman named Bernice whose son suddenly goes missing at the Mexican border. Olmos plays Freddy Suarez, an ex-detective who comes to help out his old friend Bernice track down her son Rodney.
