Daily Chisme: Eddie Cibrian's Wife LeAnn Rimes Sues Internet Bullies

Happy Friday chismosos! Celebrate the long weekend early with a little gossip below:

- It appears Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes have more drama on their hands. The country singer is suing Kimberly Smiley and her daughter Lexi Smiley for invasion of privacy after they allegedly recorded a phone conversation without LeAnn’s consent, reports ABC News.

The court papers state that the two women were fans of Eddie’s ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, and bullied LeAnn online. In the recording, Kimberly provokes LeAnn to talk about the past, which created a verbal altercation. The court documents state that the "out-of-context excerpts of that recording would be disseminated to the public on various websites.” This is partly the source of LeAnn’s emotional distress and anxiety, which led her to check into an in-patient treatment center for a month.
