Perez Hilton basically confirmed the rumor that Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama are dating today. Valderrama just may be Hollywood's leading Latino lothario so we're not so sure that he's good news for Lovato, who has been struggling with "emotional and physical issues" and entered rehab just this past November.
