Diego Luna: Fatherhood is "a Different Kind of Love You Didn't Know Existed"

While for most young parents having a baby complicates everything, Diego Luna claims that fatherhood has simplified his life to one main priority: his son, Jeronimo.

"Well, it's just everything is easier now," the actor says of his three-month-old baby boy. "There is just one reason for you to be here. It's to make sure someone else is happy, and [he] has everything he needs. It's as simple as that."

He adds, Jeronimo is "the only guy who is not judging me now." Um, is that because he plays a gay man who falls in love with Sean Penn in his new movie Milk? We hate to break it to you, Diego, but most people wouldn't judge you for that these days. In fact, they might just give you an Oscar.

Diego's wife Camila Sodi is another one who supports, not judges, his portrayal of the controversial activist/lover. "She laughed a lot about it," he says, adding that Camila has been spending time at home, "taking care of the baby."

Luckily Diego doesn't seem to have lost his sense of perspective when it comes to the important things in life. "I'm here just talking about a film. It's just a film. Everything now is just what it is," he says. "It can't be so important. Now, there's just one thing that really matters. It's a different kind of love that you didn't know existed. It makes everything easier really."

Now we just want to know when we're going to get a sneak peak at little Jeronimo. Share the love, Diego!
