Diego Luna definitely took a stand when he received a Hispanic Heritage Award. The 33-year-old actor and director received the Inspira Award, which honors members of the Hispanic community who "inspire youth." Luna accepted the award and dedicated it to the country's undocumented immigrants and those fighting for their rights.

"I want to dedicate this award to all those who are interested in having this country recognize and welcome all undocumented immigrants whose work have built this country, have fed their people and have tended to the most basic needs of this nation," Luna wrote in the statement, according to El Universal.

The 26th Hispanic Heritage Awards ceremony was held at the Kennedy Center in D.C., and will be broadcast on MundoFOX on Sept. 15. Eva Longoria is also a recipient of a Hispanic Heritage Award, one that honors efforts in community service.
