October 2011:

Eva Longoria was among the 15 most successful Latinas featured in our 15th anniversary issue, which also included legendary stars like Shakira, Gloria Estefan, Salma Hayek, and more.

In the cover story, the Desperate Housewives star shares the values and work ethic she was taught growing up, “I was raised by independent, educated, strong women,” says Longoria. “My mom has seven sisters and I have three. People always tell me, ‘You work so much,’ but the women in my family worked 10 times as hard, so I’m not working hard enough, ever. I want to work hard now so I can relax later,” she said.
