Demi Lovato Talks About Anniversary of Sobriety in New Book

Demi Lovato has come a long way in the three years since she began her recovery.

The X Factor judge, who entered rehab in 2010 for addiction and other issues, comes clean about her problems and treatment in a new book, Staying Strong 365 Days of the Year, a collection of quotes and daily goals she hopes will help others. The book is set to be released Tuesday.

On Monday, Lovato gave fans a sneak peek of the book on her Facebook. She posted the “Serenity Prayer”, the bit of wisdom she shared in the book. (See below for the prayer.)

She then goes on to state: “March 15 will always be an important day to me,” she writes on Facebook, “It’s the anniversary of the day I began my recovery. As I share a part of my life with you, I want to hear your stories, too. Comment below using #StayingStrong365 and tell me what helps you get through the hard days.”
