The X Factor judge also announced that she'll be startin a mental illness treatment scholarship program.
"I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and I've dealt with mental illnesses, but my father also dealt with mental illness. He wasn't able to function very well in society and so, that happens to a lot of people," she stated.
She'll be working with the Cast Recovery treatment center. She tweeted, "So I am launching the Lovato Treatment Scholarship Program to help pay for treatment expenses at Cast Recovery for someone who needs help."
