Krysta Rodriguez, who originated the role of Wednesday Addams in the Broadway musical The Addams Family, will portray Ana Vargas, Karen's (Katharine McPhee) new roommate looking to sink her teeth into the Big Apple as a working actress. Meanwhile, Daphne Rubin-Vega, the Tony-nominated actress who originated the role of Mimi Marquez in the Broadway musical Rent will have a recurring role as a publicist on Smash.

Sara Ramirez may portray noted orthopedic surgeon Dr. Callie Torres on Grey’s Anatomy, but she’s always be The Lady of the Lake to Broadway fans.
