According to Perez Hilton, Christina Aguilera is having a tough time finding buyers for her old Hollywood Hills mansion. The home was purchased by Aguilera back in 2003 and features a gym, pool, 12-person spa with a fireplace and a 1,200-square-foot master bedroom. That's bigger than most apartments in NYC!
Far from babyproof (open pool, fireplace), it's no wonder the pint-sized siren put the house on the market. But in this horrible economy, it's not looking good for Xtina. Potential buyers who have checked out the pad seem to be balking at the $8 million asking price, and there a have been no bids. Things have gotten so desperate that they just knocked $1 million off the asking price.
But don't worry too much about Christina; the singer isn't exactly homeless. Last summer, she and hubby Jordan Bratman purchased the Osbournes old Beverly Hills manse (the one featured in their hit reality show) for $11.5 million. Aguilera might have to wait until the economy stabilizes a bit before she gets any serious offers, but at least she'll be waiting in the lap of luxury.
