To never give up on my dreams, to demand respect, and to always rely on myself.
 
What's your favorite memory with your mom?
My fondest memory of my mother and I is when I was three years old...she had given birth to my little sister and when she brought her home from the hospital for us to meet for the first time, she made it a point to make me feel loved and special. It's a moment I cannot express into words.
 
What's something sweet your mom does for you?
Wow, there's a lot of sweet things such as gifting me great novels and giving me peace of mind by taking excellent care of my daughter while I'm away at work, but the very best is when she cooks my favorite meal.
