29 Latino Stars Who Have Taken the ALS Challenge

Are YOU ready to take the #IceBucketChallenge?

By now, you've probably heard of the Ice Bucket Challenge, a viral campaign meant to promote awareness for ALS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Better known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, ALS affects nerve cells in the brain and the spiral cord, leading to the progressive degeration of voluntary muscle action.

The campaign is simple. People dump a bucket of freezing cold water on their head to raise funds and awareness for ALS. Then, they challenge three people to do the same. If they accept, they also must dump a bucket of ice on their head — and donate $10 to ALS research. If they refuse, they must donate $100 instead.
