Alessandra Ambrosio is a proud mami for the second time! The 31-year-old supermodel, who gave birth to her son Noah Phoenix on May 7th, first tweeted this sweet message after his arrival, "he was born yesterday afternoon and already stole our hearts." The Victoria Secret model posted a cute pic of the two in matching outfits during Noah's nap time this week. How cute!
