BREAKING: Demi Lovato is Out of Rehab

Disney star Demi Lovato, who checked herself into the Chicago area rehab center Timberline Knolls in October to treat emotional and physical issues, has left the inpatient rehab center, a rep for Lovato confirmed to Latina.com this afternoon.

"She will continue to see doctors in L.A. who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment,” a source tells People.com. "For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends. She is so grateful to all of her fans for their support, and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon."

Lovato, whose show Sonny With a Chance has been taping without her this season, has big plans for 2011, including a planned tour with her Disney show, and working on her own solo album. But sources close to Latina.com assure us that Demi's number 1 priority is her recovery.

"Demi came back to L.A. earlier this week," a source close to the star told us. "She completed her prescribed treatment and an outpatient program near the treatment facility. For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends. Demi will continue to focus first and foremost on her well-being."

The source continued: "To that end, she will continue to see doctors in L.A. who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment. She is so grateful to all of her fans for their unbelievable support and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon." "Demi came back to L.A. earlier this week," a source close to the star told us.
