Lucky Olympian Isadora Cerullo became the first person to get engaged at this year's Games. Her girlfriend of two years, Marjorie Enya, popped the big question after the women's rugby final on Monday night. "As soon as I knew she was in the squad I thought I have to make this special," Enya told BBC Sport.

"I know rugby people are amazing and they would embrace it." Cerullo, hailing from Raleigh, North Carolina, holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and Brazil. She moved to São Paulo with Enya to make the seven-player rugby squad. "I wanted to show people that love wins," Enya continued.
