The always adorable Jasmine V just turned 18! The half-Mexican teen with the killer voice celebrated the miletone birthday at The Playhouse in Los Angeles, CA with a fun-filled bash featuring Chick-Fil-A, Sprinkles cupcakes and a very special cake made by Skittles.
