Celebrities are mourning the loss of Anton Yelchin.
The actor died at 27 in a freak accident with his car. The accident happened at 1:10 a.m. at Yelchin's home in Studio City, Jenny Houser, a LAPD spokeswoman, told The Hollywood Reporter. "It appears he momentarily exited his car and it rolled backward, causing trauma that led to his death,” she said.
“Actor Anton Yelchin was killed in a fatal traffic collision early this morning,” his publicist, Jennifer Allen, said in a statement. “His family requests you respect their privacy at this time.”
His Star Trek co-stars came together among other celebrities to mourn his loss.

Yelchin was best known for the parts he played in Star Trek, Terminator, Like Crazy and Alpha Dog.
