Anne Hathaway, go ahead with your bad self!
At a recent press junket for her upcoming film Les Misérables, the stunning 30-year-old actress clapped and playfully sang a snippet of José Feliciano’s internationally-famous 1970 “Feliz Navidad” song. And we really mean it when we say snippet, because once it was time for Hathaway to sing the words “próspero año y felicidad,” the actress let the reporter (not shown in the video) do the honor. We admit, that part could be a bit tricky if your Spanish isn't there.
In the highly anticipated Les Misérables (which also stars Hugh Jackman and Russell Crowe), Hathaway plays the tragic Fantine, who is forced into prostitution to support her daughter Cosette. The film hits theaters on December 25. We’re not just excited to see Hathaway’s performance in the film, but also the intricate and visually-enticing costumes by Spanish designer Paco Delgado.
Thank you Anne, for brightening up our morning with some early holiday cheer. We’re going to be listening to “Feliz Navidad” all day now – the entire thing, though.
Check out Hathaway sing her gorgeous little heart out!
