It's confusing, I really don't understand it,” he says. In the short—which you can watch here—Joe talks in Spanish slang (dimelo loco!), listens to banda, and orders a lunch that consists of arroz con pollo con frijoles negros (rice with chicken, black beans), dos albondigas (two meatballs) and tres chuletas (pork chops).
