After rapper Fat Joe lost about 100 pounds in 2011, he looked more like Medium-Sized Joe to us. The Bronx-bred Boricua had been trying to lose weight on and off for about a decade. “The number one way to lose weight is to educate yourself on what’s harming you and what’s not harming you,” he said during an interview with VLAD TV.
