He’s in the shape of his life. Perez Hilton has lost nearly 80 pounds since starting his health regimen in 2008, which gives him plenty of energy to take on kids. His secret? He told HuffPost Gay Voices that he did it the old-fashioned way: portion control and some serious gym time. He also did an alcohol cleanse for five months, began seeing a therapist, and took up yoga. In 2010, he launched a fitness-focused website called FitPerez with recipes, celebrity workout tips, and fit celeb inspiration photos.
