Oatmeal

In addition to being a healthy breakfast option, oatmeal is a great way to combat wrinkles. Oat kernel is a popular ingredient found in many skin care products due to its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties. This powerful grain reduces inflammation and irritation, and can be applied after sun exposure to help heal damaged skin.

For an oatmeal mask: mix 2 tsp. oatmeal with 1 tsp. baking soda and add water to make a paste. Apply to face (and body if desired) rubbing gently, and remove with warm water.
