Looking to kick that dreaded cellulite and firm your skin? Try used coffee grounds! Just make sure they’re not decaf – the caffeine increases circulation and helps burn fat and tightens the skin. The grounds will exfoliate the skin and give you a healthy glow.
For a coffee scrub: Take a half a cup of used caffeinated coffee and mix with a small amount of olive oil. Put the mixture on your skin (especially on those troubled areas) and rinse off after ten minutes.
