DIY Beauty: Avocado

Avocados are a great way to moisturize your skin and smooth fine lines and wrinkles. While eating this exotic fruit is super good for your health, applying it topically can be just as beneficial. Avocados are high in vitamins E, A and C and may even be able to help reverse sun damage. Regular use of avocado facials may help decrease the signs of aging.

For an avocado mask: mash up an avocado (just as you would to make guacamole) and apply to the face. Wait 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.
