Marc Anthony & Dayanara Torres: All The Details On Their Child Support Feud

According to Perez Hiltonthe "Vivir Mi Vida" singer claims that his ex-wife was forced to move from her house, because her adulterous affair turned sour. Reports claim that her lover’s wife stood outside of her sidewalk with a bullhorn yelling “whore” for the whole neighborhood to hear. Anthony later sent his security team to help out his ex-wife and two children.

He also argues that he’s already paying her much more than $13,000 a month. Leaked court documents reveal that the Latin crooner makes about $1.25 million a month...and contests that he pays his ex-wife about $28,000 in alimony and child support. He also says he pays $18,000 in child support in other relationships.

Well, regardless of how much he's paying, Marc Anthony says he has a very good reason for not dishing out more money.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the crooner says the boys have everything they need, and the increase would “spoil them rotten.”

He also scoffs at the former Miss Universe’s pleas for a full staff, including a chef. In fact, when Anthony has his kids in L.A., he often cooks or orders in. “We often get Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, or Chinese food,” the documents read.

And his main defense? He doesn’t want his kids to become drug addicts.

Anthony reportedly hired a psychologist who wrote a declaration to the judge, discussing the problems of children who are raised with near unlimited funds. The expert says these kids -- especially in their adolescent and teenage years -- could “become high-risk for illicit drugs, alcohol, and a fast-paced lifestyle that they are not emotionally capable of handling.”

Okay, so what do you think: Should Marc Anthony pay up? Or is Dayanara Torres asking for way too much?
